The newly renovated studio apartment is located in a secluded and quiet spot in the center of the old town next to the main square and close to all the main attractions (Sea Organ, Greeting to the Sun, shops, restaurants, bars, historical sights, etc.)
The studio can accomodate up to four people with a living room, sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom. The entrance to the studio is on the ground floor (easily accesible)/Quiet and secluded.
Located in the centre of Zadar, less than 1 km from Maestrala Beach and a 12-minute walk from Kolovare Beach, Val & Mar Studio Apartment offers free WiFi, a garden and air conditioning. It is set 1.5 km from Karma Beach and provides a tour desk.

Ik heb genoten van mijn tijd hier. De keuken had alles wat ik nodig had, inclusief een koffiezetapparaat en een espressomachine, wat een fijne toevoeging was. De eethoek was perfect om te eten en het terrasmeubilair was heerlijk om 's avonds te ontspannen.

De locatie is fantastisch! Ik vond het heerlijk om gemakkelijk door het centrum te kunnen lopen. Parkeren op straat was handig en het pad naar de ingang was 's avonds goed verlicht, waardoor laat terugkomen veilig aanvoelde.

Deze plek is erg handig. De voorzieningen zoals de wasmachine en strijkplank waren erg handig tijdens mijn verblijf. De wifi was betrouwbaar en ik waardeerde de eigen ingang. Over het algemeen een goede keuze voor een kort bezoek.

Het terras was een hoogtepunt voor mij! Ik heb veel tijd buiten doorgebracht en genoten van de frisse lucht. De tuin is een fijne toevoeging en het zitgedeelte buiten maakte het helemaal af. Ik zou zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

Deze studio heeft zoveel te bieden! De combinatie van een privétuin en een goed uitgeruste keuken maakte mijn verblijf aangenaam. Bovendien was de airconditioning een uitkomst tijdens de warme dagen.
