This wonderful villa is located just 1.8 km from the beach, but our guests hardly want to leave here! And just imagine how wonderful it is to be able to spend your days swimming calmly in the private chlorine pool - measuring 8 x 4 m, and with a depth of 0.9 to 2 m -, sunbathing on the 7 sun loungers or preparing delicious barbecues under the porch. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower next to the pool.

Upon entering the house you find a wonderful and traditional kitchen-living-dining room. The kitchen is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. The open area is perfect for dining together, watching satellite television or chatting with your companions. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping, they have three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the third with a double bed. Two full bathrooms with a bathtub complete the interior of the house. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

S'Alqueria Blanca is a small town, belonging to Santanyí, very close to the coast. The property is located about 3.3 km from it and only 1.8 km from one of the most beautiful coves on the island, Cala Mondragó. They also have the protected Mondragó Natural Park that is undoubtedly worth an excursion or, at least, a pleasant walk. The golf course is also just 7 km away, the Golf Platz Cala d'Or. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

De plek is prachtig, het huis is brandschoon en het zwembad met buitenkeuken is gewoonweg geweldig. Ook is het gunstig gelegen om in slechts een paar minuten met de auto de supermarkt, restaurants, de natuur etc. te bereiken.
