The plot is fenced and there are neighbors.
The house distributes its rooms in two heights. On the ground floor you find a beautiful and cozy living-dining room with two sofas, satellite television, air conditioning and a dining table for up to 6 people. The kitchen, independent and with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem, as well as a beautiful island and dining table. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. They have 3 bedrooms, one on this floor with a double bed, A/C, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two are on the -1 floor, one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the other with a single bed. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. Then they have two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one with a bathtub on the ground floor and another with a shower on the P-1.
Can Picafort is a coastal center with a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors and much more life, especially in summer. It is ideal for beach and walk lovers as it has a great promenade to walk. Its beach has fine sand and crystal clear waters and also invites you to practice water sports if you feel like it. And for a fun and different visit, every Tuesday and Sunday is market day in Alcúdia, so you can buy local products and explore its charming cobblestone streets. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

De straatmarkt in de buurt van Alcudia was een hoogtepunt van onze reis. We vonden het leuk om de lokale producten en de sfeer te verkennen.

De woon-eetkamer is echt gezellig. We hebben genoten van familiediners aan de grote tafel, en de airconditioning was een redding tijdens de warme middagen.

Can Picafort heeft zoveel te bieden! De boulevard leent zich perfect voor lange wandelingen, en we vonden het heerlijk om verschillende ijssalons te proberen.

Het strand is heel dichtbij en het water is prachtig. We brengen het grootste deel van onze dagen daar door, op slechts een korte wandeling.
