The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, an oven, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker and some cooking utensils; among other things. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In total, the house has 4 double bedrooms; They are located on the first floor, three of them with two single beds and one with a double bed. The villa is located in the mountains, but at the same time only 4.5 km from Playa de Muro. It is a long beach, with fine white sand that connects the towns Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia. There are areas where there is no construction and you can enjoy nature and an intact dune system. In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find a wide range of leisure activities, many restaurants, supermarkets, beach bars and playgrounds.
