The kitchen area offers an induction hob on a fantastic island with stools, as well as an oven, microwave and much more. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, ironing board and iron. A beautiful hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom also with a shower, and another two with two single beds. There is availability for a crib and a high chair in any of them. As for acclimatization, the entire house has ducted air conditioning.
This accommodation is located in an unbeatable area, not only because it is in front of the beach, but because it is a very lively area full of services, especially in summer. They have at their disposal all kinds of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, clothing stores, souvenir shops, bus and taxi stops, pharmacies, etc. And this is during the day because at night there is a wide variety of places where you can have fun having a drink. For more historical visits, we recommend visiting the old town of Alcúdia and its traditional market on Tuesdays and Sundays, or a visit to the emblematic Formentor Lighthouse!

Alles was onberispelijk, Ons gezin van 6 heeft een fantastische vakantie gehad, De accommodatie is onberispelijk, Er was geen enkel minpunt te vinden, De locatie is ideaal, direct aan het strand, Het is vijf minuten lopen naar de winkel en twee minuten lopen naar de strandbar, De villa ligt op een charmante locatie met een vriendelijke buurt,

De locatie is perfect, de uitrusting is uitstekend en de eigenaar is erg vriendelijk, hij bracht ons naast de defecte koffiezetter ook een fles champagne. Bij de ontvangst kregen we een fles rode wijn, wat erg attent was! Er is absoluut niets om op aan te merken. Nu hoop ik alleen dat ik mijn borg terugkrijg, aangezien deze al is afgeschreven. Dat is iets wat ik zo niet ken. We zouden graag terugkomen.
