Mit einer fantastischen Aussicht und in der Nähe von Marstrand, Kungälv und Göteborg ist dieses hübsche Ferienhaus nur wenige Gehminuten von Salzbädern, dem Meer und guten Angelmöglichkeiten entfernt. Es steht auf dem Privatgrundstück des Eigentümers, schön abgetrennt von der jeweiligen Terrasse der anderen, sodass niemand gestört wird. An der Hauswand können Sie die Morgensonne bei einer Tasse Kaffee genießen und auf der Rasenfläche stehen zudem schöne Loungemöbel bereit, um die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne einzufangen. Das Ferienhaus hat einen offenen Grundriss mit der Küche gleich rechts, ausgestattet mit u.a. Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Herd mit Abzugshaube, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Hochstuhl. Links liegt das Wohnzimmer mit doppelter Schlafcouch (140 cm) und Esstisch. Die Schlafzimmer befinden weit er hinten, wobei das Zimmer mit Doppelbett (180 cm breit) etwas größer ist und das kleinere Zimmer ein Einzelbett (90 cm) hat. Das kleine Zimmer hat keine Zimmertür, ist aber durch Vorhänge abgetrennt. Beide Zimmer verfügen über Stauraum entweder in einem Kleiderschrank oder einer Kommode. Zwischen den Schlafzimmern befindet sich das Badezimmer mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche (ohne Fenster). Ihr Elektro- oder Hybridauto können Sie gegen Gebühr am Ferienhaus aufladen. Die Gegend um Lökeberg ist sehr beliebt, hier kann man u.a. Golf spielen, Yoga am Strand machen oder nach Meerforellen angeln sowie natürlich sonnenbaden und schwimmen gehen. Kungälv ist nur 18 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt und hier finden Sie alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wenn die Kinder gerne Go-Kart fahren, dürfen Sie das Go-Kart-Zentrum nicht verpassen, und für die jüngeren Kinder gibt es Barnens Lekstad. Die Festung von Bohus ist ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel und auch die Keksfabrik mit eigenem Werksverkauf. In der Nähe befinden sich Tofta Herrgård, Instöns Restaurant, gemütliche Cafés und Carlstens Festung auf Marstrandsön. Wenn Sie gerne wandern, sollten Sie unbedingt das Naturschutzgebiet Svartedalen besuchen. Fürn einen Tagesausflug bietet sich die Fahrt mit dem Schärenboot zu den wunderschönen Schäreninseln Åstol, Dyrön, Älgön oder Bratten an.
