It is a perfect residential area for family vacations with all the essential services: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beach bars, etc. The sandy beach is just 270 meters from the property. The promenade exudes charm and beauty. A must-see is Formentor beach and the town of Pollença. If you like to play golf, the course is just 9.2 km away.
