The exteriors of this magnificent villa are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In the well-kept garden, surrounded by fruit trees, you will find a private chlorine pool with dimensions of 5.7x2.8m and a depth range of between 1.40 and 1.70m. Around them they have sun loungers where they can relax while they tan and a barbecue perfect for preparing exquisite meals with their companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.
The interior of the two-story home, decorated with great taste, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. Two large living rooms with TV and work area will be ideal to extend your evenings. In addition, one of them also has a dining area. The kitchen is independent, is equipped with a gas stove and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping, they have 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Two of them have a double bed (one also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub). The other two have two single beds. On this same floor, you will find two independent bathrooms with a shower. Through a staircase, you can access the upper floor, where there is another cozy room with AC and incredible views of the La Gola natural park. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
The accommodation is located in a very quiet area of Port de Pollença, one of the best holiday destinations in Mallorca, with a very family atmosphere. If you feel like it, you can take a relaxing walk along the beach until you reach the center of the port, where you will be amazed by the picturesque promenade, full of shops, restaurants and all the services necessary for an independent stay. L'Arenalet beach, a beautiful golden sandy area, is just 150 m from your accommodation. Taking advantage of your stay, you cannot miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful towns of Pollença and Alcúdia, the Formentor viewpoint or Cala Sant Vicenç.
