The balcony of the house offers you an intimate space where you can start your days with a good breakfast, or to extend your evenings at the end of the day. Due to the location in an apartment building, the apartment has direct neighbors.
Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, the interior of the property is tastefully decorated, with a simple style and a range of colors that convey peace, as well as designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, will become the ideal place to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the basic utensils so you can cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
