For dinners in the garden, there is a mobile barbecue and a table with chairs on the terrace. The chlorine pool is perfect for a dip. It measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth of 1.15 to 1.85 meters. You will surely enjoy lying on one of the 8 hammocks next to the pool. Your children will have fun playing in the large garden, which has more or less 120 m2 of grass. From the terrace you can enjoy the views of the countryside and the mountains.
It is a one-story house. It is distributed in 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and 2 with single beds. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning but there are fans in each of them. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. This house is characterized by its spaciousness and comfort. The living room invites you to sit on the sofa and relax reading a book, surfing the Internet or watching satellite TV. The independent kitchen, with its dining area, is very well equipped: toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, dishwasher, gas stove, cutlery, kitchen accessories and refrigerator. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is space to park 5 cars in front of the house, but it is not covered.
If you like the beach, in just 15 minutes by car you will reach the fine sand beach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, ideal places to spend a day at the beach with the family or enjoy a cocktail with your partner. The Ca’n Picafort promenade has a wide variety of bars and shops and is always very lively. If you are looking for tranquility, we recommend going to Playa de Muro. This area famous for its protected dune system and crystal clear waters. It is also worth going to Alcúdia or Pollença and enjoying the multitude of coves there are. Sa Pobla, the closest town, has several supermarkets, a health center, restaurants and bars. It is only 8 km from the house. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

Het verblijf hier was heel gemakkelijk. De twee badkamers zorgden ervoor dat we ons 's ochtends snel en efficiënt konden klaarmaken voor onze groep.

De ligging van het huis maakte het ons mogelijk om zonder veel moeite prachtige stranden en charmante stadjes te verkennen. Het was een geweldige uitvalsbasis voor onze vakantie.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in deze accommodatie. Het zwembad was perfect om af te koelen na een warme dag, en de hangmatten waren een leuke extra om te zonnebaden.
