In the furnished dining room you can enjoy unforgettable moments sharing long after-dinner conversations with your loved ones. The large kitchen, which has been recently renovated, has a perfect and well-equipped space (with ceramic hob) to carry out any recipe you propose. The washing machine is located in the kitchen and also has 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms and all of them have access to the terrace. 2 of them with 1 double bed and the 3rd with 2 single beds. All rooms have a wardrobe and you can use the crib available on the property in any of them. The house has 2 bathrooms, both with shower, 1 on the ground floor and the other on the 1st. Each bedroom has air conditioning.
The surroundings of this house are very pleasant, it is located near the tourist area of Can Picafort. In the town there is a market on Friday mornings, where you can buy various local products. Can Picafort has beautiful beaches where you can rest or enjoy water sports, such as windsurfing, kitesurfing or jet skis. In the area you have access to boat excursions to Formentor from the port. In the promenade area there is a wide variety of bars and ice cream parlors where you can have a drink quietly on a terrace with your friends or family. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 26 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. De locatie was fantastisch, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand en grenzend aan de voetgangersstraat met een rustig restaurant aan de overkant. Het hebben van parkeergelegenheid op het terrein was een bonus.

Er waren grote borden en schalen aanwezig wat het serveren heerlijk maakte, Ook voor de was waren wasknijpers aanwezig, Alles wat nodig was was tot in de puntjes voorzien, Er stond koud water en verse sinaasappels in de koelkast als welkom, Dat was echt top,
