The semi-detached house has a beautiful chlorine pool measuring 5.30 m x 3.30 m, with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.70 m. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers, 2 parasols and 1 outdoor shower. The magnificent furnished porch is ideal for having an outdoor barbecue. There are direct neighbors, although the pool area next door is surrounded by bushes. In total, the house has 3 floors, the ground floor, the 1P and the 2P. On the 2nd floor is the solarium where you can fully enjoy the sun.
The bright living-dining room is ideal for conversations and meals with your family, relaxing watching satellite television or reading a book. The kitchen is open to the living room and is very well equipped, including a ceramic hob. The laundry room is located on the terrace and has 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and the rest with 2 single beds each on the first floor. Additionally, on the first floor you will find two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. We can provide 1 crib and 1 high chair for our little guests.
This fantastic property is located 4 km from the center of Puerto de Alcúdia, next to Lake Llac Gran. The area is ideal for those looking for beach and sun, since the north has a wide variety of coves and beaches. The nearest sandy beach is 600 meters away and there you can rent sun loungers and parasols. In the center of Puerto de Alcúdia you will find a wide range of restaurants, shops and leisure activities. For the little ones there are playgrounds and play areas. By bus you can go to the old town of Alcúdia, visit the wall, the church or the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. The northern part of Mallorca is famous for the Formentor Lighthouse, the S'Albufera Natural Park, the picturesque town of Pollença and numerous beaches, e.g. Formentor, Malpas, Son Serra de Marina, Cala Sant Vicente etc. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Ons verblijf was fantastisch, de locatie van de villa is fantastisch en de villa is ruim en heeft een nette uitstraling. De kinderen waren dol op het zwembad - het was precies de juiste grootte. We moesten ons verblijf met een nacht verlengen vanwege problemen met de vlucht - en de eigenaren waren buitengewoon meegaand.
