The exteriors are very beautiful. They offer small garden areas that surround a terrace and a porch where you can have breakfast, prepare a good barbecue or have a glass of wine or cava. They have 3 sun loungers available to sunbathe or read a book, although you will surely prefer the latter on the upper terrace, a more private corner!
The house distributes its rooms over 2 floors. Downstairs, the living-dining room has two sofas, a small table, TV-SAT, A/C and a modern dining table. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob, A/C and everything necessary for cooking. The floor is completed with a room with a double bed and two bathrooms with a shower. Upstairs they have another bathroom with a bathtub and three more bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Two of them have access to the upper terrace. The 4 bedrooms have a wardrobe and A/C. A cot and high chair are available. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is close to the road so it is easy to access. Beach lovers find their paradise here since Playa de Muro beach is characterized by its fine sand and crystal clear waters. It is ideal for small children because there is little depth at the beginning and little waves. Very close, the Puerto de Alcúdia area is more lively, with many shops, bars and restaurants. And, of course, don't miss a visit to the old town of Alcúdia, with its narrow streets, its historic wall and its Tuesday and Sunday market.
There are 2 bicycles and children's toys at your disposal free of charge.
