This beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of a fenced complex of four apartments. It has a garden for community use with up to 12 sun loungers and direct access to the beach, a real luxury! A very cozy porch at your entire disposal is perfectly furnished to enjoy some delicious delicacies at lunch or dinner time or to simply have a coffee or a glass of wine while contemplating the sea.

Inside you can enjoy a movie on satellite TV or relax and cool off with the air conditioning in the modern and bright living room. The kitchen is independent and gas-fired and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. For indoor dining, you can relocate the porch table to the living room. They have two bedrooms; one of them with air conditioning. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, which is the en-suite bathroom of the second bedroom, and another with a shower, which serves the home. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair can be provided. They have several washing machines for communal use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Puerto de Alcúdia is the best place on the island to spend an incredible beach holiday, especially if you are traveling with children or like water sports, since the beach is very long, with calm waters and whose shore extends for many meters into the sea. Very close, in Alcúdia you will discover a beautiful Mallorcan town with medieval remains such as its old wall and where you can enjoy a wide gastronomic offer and all kinds of services. You can also visit the market that extends through all its streets on Tuesdays and Sundays. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
