This unique house was built in 1989 and was carefully renovated in 2016. The above ground chlorine pool, measuring 5m x 3m and with a depth of 1.3m is only available to our guests. It is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with gravel and trees, with different corners to eat outdoors, have a barbecue, rest on the outdoor sofas or tan on one of the two sun loungers. Plants, flowers and statues of Buddha give a special air to this home. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.
Once inside you will be surprised by the special style and care with which this house was renovated. The living room with a large sofa invites you to watch television (satellite, but only channels in German and Spanish) or light a fire in the wood stove during autumn evenings. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, including a ceramic hob and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom with a double bed has a warm-rustic style, offering air conditioning, a closet and access to the terrace. Here we can prepare a cot/highchair if you come with your baby. The highlight is the en-suite bathroom with bathtub, as it is open to the bedroom. The other two bedrooms with two single beds each do not have air conditioning, but they have their own style and stand out for their wooden headboards. The second bathroom has a shower and serves the rest of the house.
About 15 minutes by car you reach Inca, a city with a wide range of restaurants, shops and stores. On Thursdays you can visit the market and then go to eat at one of the cellers, authentic restaurants serving Mallorcan cuisine. The next beach, Can Picafort, is located in the north and is a beach with fine sand and ideal for families since the waves are moderate and the sand is fine. Nearby there are more dream beaches such as Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor. If you like being in nature, you can go to the Sierra de Tramuntana, go hiking or cycling. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
