A wonderful terrace, with beautiful views over the pine forest on the beach, is perfect for organizing your summer meals outdoors, feeling the sea breeze, or for enjoying the sun on its two sun loungers, although for this you probably prefer to take just a few steps and lie down on the sand. A second terrace, located on the opposite side of the house, becomes that privileged corner to marvel at the panoramic view of the mountains.
It is a 2nd floor without an elevator where, upon entering, a hall leads you to a modern and cheerful living-dining room equipped with air conditioning, satellite television and a glass dining table with comfortable chairs. It is the perfect place for a well-deserved rest on the sofa after a long day at sea or for a delicious dinner under cover. The kitchen, traditional but with a beachy feel, offers a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and all the necessary utensils and appliances to cook to your heart's content. Then we have a bathroom with a bathtub, which serves the entire house, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, direct access to the terrace and space to prepare a crib and a high chair; and the second with a sofa bed for our third guest. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace.
Puerto de Alcúdia is ideal for beach and mountain lovers, since not only the beach is very close, but also the mountains. In fact, you cannot miss a visit to the Formentor Lighthouse or an excursion to Sa Talaia de Alcúdia. Furthermore, in this area all services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops and public transport stops, among many others, are accessible on foot. And if one day you feel like playing golf, the closest course is in Alcanada, about 8.7 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
