Inside, the house has a spacious living room with Smart TV and satellite channels, connected to an open dining room and a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The 5 bedrooms are distributed over two floors: on the ground floor, we find a bedroom with two single beds, while on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, also with two single beds. In addition, we have a crib and a high chair for babies. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor and another with a shower on the first floor. To keep you warm, the accommodation has fans in all rooms and two portable air conditioning machines. For winter, the house is equipped with gas central heating.
The house is located in Son Ferrer, it is a quiet residential area in CalviÃ, Mallorca, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The area offers basic services for an independent stay such as bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The closest beach is Port Adriano, although you can visit other nearby beaches such as Palma Nova Beach or Santa Ponsa Beach, which are about 10 minutes away by car. Don't forget to stroll through Port Adriano, one of the most modern ports in the Mediterranean.
The kitchen barbecue cannot be used. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

De tuin was een vredig toevluchtsoord. We brachten veel middagen door bij het zwembad, genietend van de mediterrane zon. De buitendouche was een fijne afkoeling.

De nabijheid van het strand is een groot pluspunt, Port Adriano is prachtig en we hebben genoten van het wandelen langs de kust,

De ventilatoren in elke kamer hielden ons koel en we waren dankbaar voor de mobiele airco's tijdens de warmste dagen. Al met al was het een comfortabel verblijf.
