With stunning views over the white sand and crystal clear waters of S'Illot beach, the terrace of this fantastic apartment becomes an absolutely dream place. Imagine having delicious breakfasts or relaxing on the outdoor sofas and armchairs contemplating the sea and the mountains with a glass of wine at sunset. Come and go, it is obvious that they are not going to miss the opportunity to go down to the beach and enjoy a magnificent day.
Inside this seventh floor, with an elevator, you will find a fantastic kitchen-living-dining room, equipped with a beautiful kitchen with a ceramic hob, a dining table and a comfortable sofa where you can relax watching television or reading a book next to a spectacular landscape. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe, one of them with space to accommodate a cot and a high chair. The bathroom in the house has a shower. And of course there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
S'Illot is a quiet coastal town, belonging to the municipality of Manacor, with an incredible sandy beach. The area is full of shops, bars, restaurants and much more.
