The exteriors of the house are wonderful. It has a terrace at the front, measuring 20 m2, with a table for 4 people, and at the back of the house it has a beautiful and quiet grass garden of about 35 m2 with an umbrella and two sun loungers, a barbecue and a table for 6 people to enjoy summer dinners outdoors.
The townhouse located on a ground floor of 105m2 and without neighbors above, is ideal for couples with children. In the living room there is AC and a comfortable 6-seater sofa where you can rest, watch TV, read a good book or take a good nap. The independent kitchen has everything you need to cook during your vacation; a toaster, coffee maker, gas oven, gas cooker and fridge with freezer compartment. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms with AC. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, another has two single beds and the third has two more single beds in the form of a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
The location of the apartment is perfect since everything you need is accessible on foot; plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical center and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes in the direction of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or other directions such as Palma. In Puerto de Alcúdia there are all kinds of restaurants, leisure activities and shops. The nearest large supermarket is on the road from the town of Alcúdia towards Can Picafort, near a gas station about 300m from the house. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets, is worth a visit; its squares, the church and the walls that surround the city. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town transforms into a bustling place full of life. Don't forget to visit the Roman ruins, highly recommended. By car or bus you can very easily reach other areas such as Playa de Muro, Ca’n Picafort, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença. Cala de San Vicente is also worth it. The town of Pollença and its small church at the top of the hill (Calvari) can be a good option for a half-day excursion. To climb Calvari you have to climb a staircase with 365 steps, but the views are well worth it! For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

De accommodatie werd alleen gebruikt voor het ontbijt, het avondbad, drankjes en slapen. We brachten de meeste tijd buiten door, maar alles was naar wens. Het is het soort accommodatie dat een glimlach op je gezicht tovert als je aankomt, en we hebben geen problemen ondervonden tijdens ons verblijf. De locatie was rustig, maar toch dicht bij een strand, winkelcentra en restaurants. We hebben genoten van ons ontbijt, drankjes in de avond en snacks in de buitenlucht, wat erg prettig en gezellig was.
