This charming country house in the middle of a bucolic environment will ensure the well-deserved rest during your vacation. The porch is perfect for family meals or barbecues, also enjoying the beautiful views of the fields. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The house is distributed over a single floor in a simple and comfortable style. The large Mallorcan entrance leads to the dining room, equipped with satellite TV, fireplace for cold days and dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is open through a bar and has a gas stove. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, the house offers 2 bedrooms, both with single beds and a wardrobe. The two bedrooms have direct access to the first bathroom, with a bathtub. There is another bathroom with a shower. Finally, a cot, a high chair and gas central heating complete the equipment.
The house is located in the countryside but the town, Son Servera, is only 4 km away. There you can find the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is sa Marjal, 7.5 km away, a beautiful beach of fine sand, although you will also find other beautiful beaches in the area. If you like golf, you can practice it at the Golf Pula course located just 5.2 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
