The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, begins with a large living room where different rooms are distinguished. First is the first room with Smart TV and two sofas, ideal for enjoying a movie night. They have a second living room designed to enjoy quiet reading as this space has a bookcase and two armchairs with views of the fish pond in the garden. At meal time, they have a fully equipped gas kitchen with the necessary utensils and a dining space. The kitchen has an exit to a second porch furnished with a barbecue. A bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub completes the ground floor. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the last bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and shower. All bedrooms have A/C. A final bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. They will have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and if traveling with a baby they will be offered a crib and high chair.
The location of this property is ideal. The beautiful Platja de Can Cap de Bou is just 5 km away, ideal for spending sunny days by the sea. They have the extensive promenade of Puerto de Pollença, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the rich Spanish cuisine. If you prefer, you can choose to visit the picturesque town of Pollença where you can visit the Calvari Oratory (to access it you must climb a total of 365 steps, one for each day of the year) and walk through the fantastic cobblestone streets. Het huis is prachtig ontworpen en goed onderhouden. Elke slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen charme en de eigen badkamers waren een luxe die we allemaal waardeerden.

Het chloorbad was een succes bij onze groep. Het was ruim en schoon, en de omliggende ligstoelen waren ideaal om te zonnebaden. We hebben urenlang gewoon ontspannend doorgebracht.

Deze accommodatie is perfect voor een rustig uitje. De landelijke omgeving maakt het gemakkelijk om te ontspannen en het nabijgelegen strand ligt op slechts een korte rit afstand. We voelden ons er meteen thuis.

De speeltuin in de tuin was een aangename verrassing! We hebben een paar leuke wedstrijden gespeeld met de pooltafel en het was fijn om een schaduwrijk plekje te hebben om te ontspannen.

We hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De ruime woonkamer was perfect voor filmavonden en de leeshoek was een heerlijke plek om rustig te lezen. Het huis is goed uitgerust en comfortabel.
