Surrounded by a country setting and nature, the idyllic and quiet exterior of this house invites you to bathe in the private chlorine pool located in the garden measuring 10 meters long and 5 meters wide and with a depth that ranges from 1.10 to 2.3 meters. Around the pool they have hammocks where you can sunbathe and various umbrellas to rest under. The extensive, well-kept natural grass garden is ideal for children to have fun playing on. Before heading inside, they also have a barbecue area and a furnished porch where you can enjoy the delicious grills.
The spacious interior of the house, distributed over two floors, begins with a living room that has A/C and two sofas, ideal for enjoying an afternoon of movies with your companions on the Smart TV. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook delicious dishes during your stay that you can enjoy in the dining area next to the living room. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and both have a double bed, a wardrobe and one of them has A/C. Between the bedrooms is the first bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor you will find the two remaining bedrooms with wardrobe and A/C, one of them with two single beds and access to a terrace furnished with hammocks, and the next bedroom has a double bed. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, serve this floor. To make your stay more comfortable, you can use the washer and dryer in the house. If you travel with a baby, a crib and high chair will be offered.
Outside the house there is an annex where you will find a fifth bedroom with a double bed, A/C and wardrobe. This space also has a second fully equipped kitchen and a dining table where you can eat with your companions. Finally, you will find a complete bathroom with a shower.
Located in the countryside surroundings of Campos, a picturesque town located in the south of the island where you will find a variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine. Its location is ideal as it is very close to the famous Es Trenc beach, noted for its white sand and crystal clear waters. This protected natural environment is ideal for enjoying the sun, swimming and practicing water sports. In addition, in the surroundings of Campos you can find numerous hiking and cycling routes, which allow you to explore the beauty of the Mediterranean landscape and discover places of historical and cultural interest.
