The residential complex has a communal chlorine pool, with dimensions of 15 m x 9 m and a depth ranging from 1.5 m to 2 m and several outdoor showers. However, not only adults but also children can cool off, as there is a children's pool with a depth of 0.6 m. The pools are open from June to September; and the tennis court is open all year round. (Please bring your own tennis rackets and balls). The apartment has a private, furnished terrace with sea views.
The bright living-dining room has a sofa bed for two people and a gas stove with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite dishes. It is a nice space to read a book, watch TV or watch a DVD with the children. The bedroom has two single beds and a fan. For colder days there are 2 radiators. The bathroom is en-suite and has a shower and a bidet.
The apartment is located in Playa de Gandia, a fine sand beach where you will find all the necessary services to spend an unbeatable beach holiday. The Nort de Gandia beach is three kilometers long, offers sunbeds and umbrellas for rent and has a promenade, where restaurants and cafes await you. The quieter beach of l'Ahuir is an important refuge for local flora and fauna and is home to the Gandia dunes. It is a nice area to practice surfing. Behind the port, Venice Beach is located, offering all the important services for an unbeatable vacation.
In the center of Gandia you can take a walk through the history of this charming city. You can take a tour of the most important monuments of Gandia from the 13th century Collegiate Church of Santa María, the beautiful town hall and the Ducal Palace to the Convent of Santa Clara and the Archaeological Museum. In addition, they can take a pleasant excursion to Bayren Castle. Around the castle you can climb and enjoy a beautiful experience surrounded by nature.
Swimming pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 24 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed.
