At the same time, this farm is home to two horses, which are within a fenced enclosure and which you can visit, but not ride. The owner lives near the house and goes daily to feed the animals.
Inside, a spacious living-dining room equipped with 3 sofas and Smart TV, as well as a ceiling fan, awaits you. Especially during winter, it is very nice to have a cup of tea next to the fireplace. The colorful gas stove offers all the utensils needed to prepare a feast. The laundry room is shared with the owner and there you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two with two single beds, all with wardrobes. One bedroom with double bed has an en-suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. All bedrooms offer a fan. A cot and a high chair are available. Apart from the en-suite bathroom, there is another one with a shower that serves the rest of the house. This beautiful home offers central heating. Finally, the owner has given great importance to the environment and has installed solar panels, so moderate electricity consumption is requested.
Surrounded by countryside, but at the same time a few kilometers from the coast, this house is close to Llucmajor, in whose center you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. If the beach is what you are looking for, the possibilities are endless. Cala Blava, 15 minutes by car, is a small, quiet beach of fine sand with spectacular views of the bay of Palma. Further south are the dream natural beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita. Those looking for activities and sports can practice golf at the Son Antem or Marriot Golf Club, 3 kilometers from the house.
