The apartment is on the second floor of the building without an elevator. On the roof you can enjoy a large terrace with sublime views of the bay of Alcúdia. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 people, two hammocks and an umbrella. The other neighbors can also access the terrace, although each apartment has its own area and furniture.
In the modern living-dining room you can watch a movie on satellite television while enjoying the views of the Mediterranean. The kitchen is open and has all the necessary utensils, including a ceramic hob. Both bedrooms have two single beds each and there is a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. If you are traveling with your baby, we provide a crib and a high chair. For winter there is central heating.
The apartment is on the promenade, a lively place during the summer, as it is close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and the fine sand beach. The beach is several kilometers long and offers rental of sunbeds and umbrellas as well as water sports. A walk of about 10 minutes takes you to the beach of Ses Casetes des Capellans, where there are some good paella restaurants. If one day you don't feel like going to the beach, you can visit the old town of Alcúdia and Pollensa, the S'Albufera natural park or the Campanet caves. A car is not essential but recommended if you wish to explore the island. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

We vonden de moderne woon-/eetkamer met uitzicht op zee geweldig. Hier films kijken was een hoogtepunt van onze reis!
