The location of the apartment is excellent because everything is close to the shops, the city center is about a two kilometrs away.
This modern building with four modern apartments has four stars. The basement of the building is intended for entertainment and leisure. There is an area with table tennis, table football, a treadmill and a stepper. The entire space is air-conditioned and has a TV. Free time is filled with fun. At the top of the building there is an illuminated swimming pool with a beautiful view of the city and the Zadar canal. A special experience is in the evening hours when you can experience the most beautiful sunset.
There are three apartments in the building. Two two-bed apartments and one three-bed apartment.
Two apartments have two bedrooms with a double bed and each room has its own television.The apartment has a modern living room with a sofa that is only for rest and relaxation. The kitchen is modernly decorated, with all kitchen appliances, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, dishes, kettle,refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine. The kitchen is air-conditioned and the living room. The bathroom is modernly decorated with a walk in shower. All necessary toiletries and hair dryer are included. From the living room you have access to the balcony where you have a sitting area.
The apartment also has a toilet with a wash dryer and a washing machine.
This two-bedroom can accommodate up to four guests. It features an SAT/flat-screen TV and is combined with a living room seating area, sofa, and kitchen. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Free toiletries are available on request.
This Luxury apartments are in good position because it is only 2km from the main bus station. Leaving the apartments only 10 minutes with a car you are away from the many monuments of extremely rich cultural and historical heritage of the city of Zadar. Walking along the old UNESCO-protected city walls, you can enjoy the shade of two city gardens. The park of Queen Jelena and the park of Vladimir Nazor, which were created after the destruction of the war and which serve as a reminder when Zadar defended itself. Today they are the pride of the city where you can escape from the summer heat and enjoy the many Mediterranean plants.
There is also a beautiful square of five wells with the Captain's Tower and the remains of Roman walls. A few meters away is the church of one of the four patron saints of Zadar, St. Sime, who keeps the golden chest with the completely preserved body of St. Simon.

Numerous boats take you on organized trips to Telašćica, Kornati National Park and other islands of the Zadar archipelago.
