This charming cottage is located on a beach plot with access to a jetty - perfect for morning swims and lazy days by the water. An idyll for those looking for a harmonious place during your holiday! Here you live in scenic surroundings on a common lake plot that is shared with the owner, but with privacy and plenty of space for relaxation! The cottage is located at the bottom of the property and offers a magical and relaxing lake view where even large cruise ships pass! The covered terrace is made for enjoying something good looking over boats and the sea! Open plan between the living room and dining area. Small and functional kitchen with fridge, mini oven with hobs and coffee maker. Freezing is available at the owner's. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Separate bedroom with bunk bed accessible from the outside. In the living room there are sleeping places in a sofa bed for two, or in a sleeping alcove in the form of a 70 cm wide bunk bed.
