Welcome to this lovely cottage in Levide on South Gotland with an attached guest cottage and a glazed conservatory on a beautiful green plot! Here you live comfortably with proximity to one of Gotland's most beautiful stretches of coast - the Ekstakusten! The cottage is very nice with high ceilings and a cozy sleeping loft that creates an airy and homely feeling. The large windows let in beautiful daylight and offer a relaxing view of the green garden next to the dining table. Comfortable bedroom with double bed and in the sleeping loft there are two more beds in the form of a double bed. Fresh bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The guest cottage offers additional sleeping places, which makes the accommodation perfect for families or smaller groups who want access to secluded accommodation. The guest cottage has its own lovely patio with beautiful greenery. Between these cottages there is a glazed conservatory with seating, a kitchen counter with water and an extra fridge – perfect for long breakfasts, lazy afternoons or late summer evenings regardless of the weather! A very nice and hospitable owner lives in his house next door and offers you access to an extra bathroom in his basement with its own entrance from the outside. The accommodation is on the owner's large plot, but you have your own secluded, generous plot to dispose of. Remember that youth groups are not allowed. It is possible to charge your electric car using the owner's charging station; this is available upon request and payment to the owner on site. The surroundings offer fabulous nature and lots of different activities and attractions. Fantastic beaches such as Sandhamn, Västergarn, Kvarnåkershamn or why not go east to Ljugarn with its fine sandy beach, rauk area and popular restaurants. A short drive takes you to the Ekstakusten – one of Gotland's absolutely most beautiful stretches of coast with incomparable sunsets and expansive views of the sea and the Karlsöarna Islands. Perfect place for a picnic! If you want to treat yourself to a little luxury, you can go to Fröjel Resort and Spa. Take the family to Gotlands Zoo, which is about 30 km north, to meet all the funny animals or why not Gotland's native horse breed "Gotlandsruss" at Lojsta Hed. Also Pippi Longstocking's Summer and water park, Kneippbyn, is a must for all children! This place and accommodation are suitable for those who want to get close to nature, live comfortably and experience the real charm of Gotland. Welcome to this gem!
