Nestled in the serene countryside near Casole d'Elsa, this recently renovated farmhouse offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Divided into two independent apartments yet rented as one unit, it provides ample space for families or groups seeking a peaceful escape.
The stunning private swimming pool, measuring 6 x 12 meters, is available from May to October and promises refreshing dips under the Tuscan sun. The outdoor area, beautifully furnished for al fresco dining, features a barbecue for delightful meals with family and friends.
Constructed with traditional stone, the farmhouse retains its rural allure, boasting terracotta flooring and partially exposed wooden beams. The interiors are furnished in a rustic style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for a relaxing week away.
The accommodation spans 250 square meters across two levels:
Ground Floor
• Living Room: Cozy space with a double sofa bed, an open fireplace, and satellite TV.
• Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom provide comfortable sleeping arrangements.
• Kitchen: Equipped with four hotplates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer.
