Pool villa in top location with water view and direct access to the gulf.
In 2019, the villa was completely refurbished and equipped with new furniture. It captivates with its top location and the breathtaking view of the wide canal. Enjoy unforgettable sunshine hours and beautiful Florida sunsets in the spacious pool area.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
Upon entering the villa you're just in the middle of the living area which is bright and offers an idyllic view on the water. The spacious living area is equipped with a pool table, a modern, large flat screen TV, a state of the art kitchen with all amenities, as well as a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired (please bring your capsules). Music fans will love our Sonos stereo sound system with wireless speakers. Enjoy your local radio station or your individual play list all over the house and the pool area.
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with private bathroom has an idyllic view over the pool area and the water. From there, you have a direct access to the pool area. Both guest rooms are spacious and have a walk-in closet providing travelers with sufficient storage space as well as a private bathroom with double sink and shower. The bathroom also has a direct access to the pool area. The whole villa is equipped with tiles which is ideal for allergy suffers.
Enjoy breakfast with the first rays of sunshine in the beautiful lanai area. The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and is the perfect place to relax. Let the day end in the chill-out zone with a nice BBQ.
The villa is located in top location in the popular South West of Cape Coral. Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations, pavilions and a playground is directly adjacent to the villa. The marvelous marina Cape Harbour with several restaurants, ice cream parlor, evening live music and much more is only a stone's throw away and always worth a visit. Publix market and several restaurants are in walking distance.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

De uitstekende ligging van Villa Sunset Avenue in het populaire zuidwesten van Cape Coral is ook het vermelden waard. Aangrenzend is Camelot Park met gratis tennisbanen, BBQ stations/paviljoens en een mooie speeltuin. Ook vlakbij (op loopafstand) is Cape Harbour, de moderne en prachtig aangelegde jachthaven met diverse restaurants, ijssalon, live muziek in de avonduren en nog veel meer. Altijd een bezoek waard! De supermarkt (Publix) en verschillende restaurants zijn ook op loopafstand.

Van Fort Myers luchthaven ongeveer 30 min en van Tampa 2 uur naar het huis. 2,5 uur naar Orlando met zijn vele parken zoals Sea World, Disney World of Universal Studios. 1 uur zuidwaarts via Naples naar de Everglades. Cape Coral heeft zijn eigen kleine strand met Yacht Club. De bekendste, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel of Captiva Island kunnen ook worden bereikt in 35 min. Wisconsin Family Fun

Great vacation rental

Traumvilla
Wir haben zu dritt zwei Wochen in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Von der Buchung in Deutschland, über den Aufenthalt vor Ort bis zur Endabrechnung hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Das Haus ist wirklich einmalig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll und hochwertig, in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als schon erhofft. Die Küche einfach nur perfekt ausgestattet so wie das ganze Haus. Genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw. Ein super TV (Apple TV) und Soundsystem (Sonos). Der Pool war sehr sauber und da ohne Chlor, einfach nur herrlich. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Trockner, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Es sind viele kleine Details, die das Haus so perfekt machen, z. B. ein Sonnenschutzrollo auf der Terrasse. So konnte man jede Mahlzeit auf der Terrasse einnehmen. Das Highlight im Wohnzimmer - der Billardtisch - wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Die Betreuung vor Ort von Patricia und Heiko war fabelhaft, unser Wunsch auf Verlängerung unseres Aufenthaltes wurde ganz unkompliziert gemanagt. Wir kommen sicher wieder! In die Villa Sunset Avenue oder in ein anderes Haus von diesem Team!

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit guter Ausstattung
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und richtig schön eingerichtet. Es ist hell und modern. Der Pool ist sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt. Es ist genau das was wir für unseren Aufenthalt in Cape Coral gesucht haben.
