This villa offers all you could wish for: Located in Cape Coral's beautiful SW Area in walking distance to Cape Harbour, the villa is facing south and has an idyllic view across the water. Watch dolphins and manatees pass by and play. Boaters will appreciate the excellent boating location near the river without bridges.
There is lots of space on the two floors and the pool deck area. Enjoy the heated pool with whirlpool or use the BBQ Grill for great meals. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique.
The Villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms providing enough space for two or more families. The master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom is located on the first floor, as well as the living room with the open kitchen and a bathroom you can also access from the pool area. The living room has recliner sofas to relax and watch TV on a big screen with a surround sound system for movie theater vibes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare delicious meals. In addition it has a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules).
On the second floor there are three more bedrooms, one with the balcony. Another bathroom with shower and tub is located there as well. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV.
Numerous inside and outside areas offer ideal refuge places for everyone to relax.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

De villa ligt ten zuiden van de Cape Coral Parkway. Met de boot ben je in minder dan 5 minuten op de rivier.

Cape Coral staat bekend als het Venetië van Amerika vanwege de talloze kanalen. Ongeveer 30 minuten van Fort Myers Airport en 2 uur van Tampa naar het huis. 2,5 uur naar Orlando met zijn vele parken zoals Sea World, Disney World en Universal Studios. 1 uur zuidwaarts via Naples naar de Everglades. Cape Coral heeft zijn eigen kleine strand met een jachtclub. De bekendste stranden, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel of Captiva Island, kunnen ook in 35 minuten worden bereikt. We vonden het geweldig!
Een must boek thuis! We hadden een geweldige tijd in deze accommodatie. Het hele huis was onberispelijk schoon, het bed en de lakens waren supercomfortabel, en alle decoraties, meubels en alledaagse huishoudelijke artikelen zoals bestek, bekers, enz. waren in perfecte staat. Je kunt zien hoe goed deze huurwoning wordt onderhouden. Het beheer van het pand reageerde snel op al onze vragen. Onze enige suggestie zou zijn om een buitenluidspreker te hebben voor het geval je muziek wilt laten afspelen alleen op het terras, maar als het je niet stoort dat er in het hele huis muziek wordt afgespeeld, is het luidsprekersysteem in de woonkamer perfect en kan er zonder problemen muziek worden gehoord bij het zwembad. Deze accommodatie verdient alle beschikbare sterbeoordelingen en ik zou het zeker weer boeken.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Beautiful home on the water! We absolutely loved staying at the Villa Plantation, it made the perfect home base for our family vacation. It was truly one of our best vacations ever because we were so comfortable on the property and able to relax and enjoy the pool and ocean. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking on the high end applainces or BBQing and eating dinner outside with a view of the canal each night. The layout of the home is great for hosting a family or group of friends- with a great room, high ceilings and open space. I highly recommend renting a boat through CoralVilla too! Having your own boat on the private dock just footsteps away is true luxury. We went on the boat every day! The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend! We can't wait to go back!!

It is a great location and a beautiful home.
This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is very clean, very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need to cook meals in but the location is also close to great restaurants as well. This vacation property will not disappoint!
Anja was extremely helpful and friendly when checking with us upon arrival and checking out. We had a wonderful week at CoralVilla and we will be back!

Beautiful villa
Beautiful home, Kitchen well equipped, Pool area amazing. One of best views from home and dock on canal compared to all other surrounding homes, Would definitely stay here again when return to Cape Coral.

Beautiful home

Week of relaxation and comfort
My wife and I just spent a week here at beautiful Villa Plantation. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house was gorgeous on a canal where we did some kayaking everyday. We were able to see dolphins and Manatees from our pier in the backyard. So peaceful. It was a great experience.

Villa Plantation
Communication with the host was very timely, and check-in/out was a breeze. The house is very clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dinnerware. Soft fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Lots of beach towels provided! There is even a small office space. My only complaint is that we had to come home. :(
Very surprised at how easy it was to check in/out and communicate. The house was extremely clean, everything in working order, and clear instructions in the book provided for reference. We have NO complaints.

spectacular
Villa Plantation more then exceeded our expectations! Such a beautiful home on the water in a key location near the Cape Harbour Marina. Close to all the local waterfront restaurants and bars. The house is spectacular, loved the inside out design! The house completely opens to the back of the property creating such a surreal ambiance in the evenings while enjoying the sunsets. The house is a must!!

We had a great time at this Villa. Everything we needed for a family vacation, very clean and well cared for. Excellent location close to grocery stores and dining. Very quiet and safe location.
