This villa provides enough space for up to 6 people. Due to the unique corner location of the property, you have an idyllic view across the water and can enjoy the sun by the pool all day long.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom with two vanities and big walk in shower. From here you have a direct access to the pool area. Both the master bedroom and bathroom are handicap accessible. The other two bedrooms with king size beds share the second bathroom with vanity, bath tub and shower.
The spacious living area is the perfect place to relax. The open and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) is directly adjacent to the living area. Music & movie fans will love our Sonos stereo sound system with wireless speakers. Enjoy your local radio station, movies with surround sound or your individual playlist all over the house and the pool area.
As a special highlight there is a game room with airhockey table at the house.
The pool area offers all you could wish for: large pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
Although this is a non-smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Cape Coral staat bekend als het Venetië van Amerika vanwege de talloze kanalen. Van Fort Myers luchthaven ongeveer 30 min en van Tampa 2 uur naar het huis. 2,5 uur naar Orlando met zijn vele parken zoals Sea World, Disney World of Universal Studios. 1 uur zuidwaarts via Naples naar de Everglades. Cape Coral heeft zijn eigen kleine strand met Yacht Club. De beroemdste, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel of Captiva Island kunnen ook worden bereikt in 35 min. Er zijn veel winkelmogelijkheden in de omgeving. De volgende grote supermarkt en andere winkels zijn met de auto in 5 minuten te bereiken. Groot winkelcentrum en outlet winkels in 20min. Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood, loved the pool
Quiet neighborhood, lovely house. Super clean and modern newly built home, pool was fantastic. Bedrooms all very large and roomy and the king size beds throughout were all very comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens and closet space. Huge oversize garage left plenty of room for parking and loading and unloading vehicle in the rain. Kitchen had everything you could think of for your cooking and grilling needs, very spacious and comfy. The pool area has plenty of seating with a quiet yard to enjoy the pool all day long. Master bathroom was outstanding (Fell in LOVE with that huge shower). My family looks forward to a return stay in the future.

Thank you for a great place to stay
Very beautiful house. Sparkling pool which is relatively private. Stunning master suite. Very clean. just like the pictures. One of the nicer houses in the neighborhood. About 30mins to an hour from nicer beaches. You do apparently have to pay for electricity during your stay.

Wonderful!
I couldn’t ask for a better house to stay in for a relaxing vacation. The home had all the appliances needed to feel right at home and everything was so convenient. The pool had sun all day from 9:30am - 6pm. It did have chlorine but it’s expected. If you rent a car you can visit the beaches near by. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful home.

We really loved your house. Thank you!!
This place is GORGEOUS and it has everything we needed. The pool area is amazing. We spent 10 days with a toddler and a 7-month old baby and it was perfect. Everything was very clean and host was very kind and made herself available. Neighborhood is great for kids. Very quiet. My daughter could ride her bike and run on the street. It is safe. The house has Nespresso coffee maker which was a plus for me. They also have some pool noodles and floats on the garage which made my daughter extremely happy. Several great quality towels for pool and bath. They also have Apple Tv so you don’t need to bring yours. Pool service comes on a weekly basis so they do maintain the pool very clean. We loved the house and we will definitely come back!

Great house - great location
We had a week at Villa Dandelion in march - before everything went Corona-crazy - and we really loved it. Patricia was so nice and helpful and the house just felt brand new. It has everything you need - EXCEPT a decent cable tv package - I know most people probably dont care, but I like watching some tv in the evening and there where practically no channels. Shame when you have such a big nice tv with great Sound and everything. It did have apple TV and all sorts of other streamning options so if you are not from Europe you’ll be fine. But apart from that little tiny detail we only have good things to say about the house. The pool was nice and warm, the grill was clean and we just had a wonderful week. Thank you again, Patricia

We would love to return in the future
Villa Dandelion was a beautiful, sparkling clean, quiet, private, get away. The pool was sunny all day, the location was close to everything, the amenities were hip, and tasteful... we would love to return in the future.

Quality Time!
Wir waren vor Weihnachten 2019 für 2 Wochen in der Villa Dandelion. Wir haben uns in dem Haus von der ersten Minute an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Entgegen vieler anderer Häuser in Cape Coral punktet dieses Haus durch seine super-moderne Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Bilder sind nicht geschönt - so sieht's da wirklich aus! Nach Fort Myers Beach sind es ca. 30 kurzweilige Minuten Fahrzeit. Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. sind in 5 -10 Minuten erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Frau Schommer im Rahmen der Buchung und Rosi und Patricia für den deutschsprachigen Support vor Ort (das reimt sich). Einziger Kritikpunkt ist: die Zeit vergeht so rasend schnell - daran müsste echt noch gearbeitet werden ;-) . Für uns war's ein rundum perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
