Mooie vakantievilla van 140 m2 met 3 slaapkamers op 2 verdiepingen.
Op de begane grond zijn er woon / eetkamer met satelliet-tv en AC, met uitgang naar het zwembad en terras, open keuken (met alle benodigde apparatuur) en een toilet. Bovenverdieping bestaat uit 2 kamers, elke kamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden en airconditioning. Er is ook 1 slaapkamer met 1 tweepersoonsbed en een extra slaapbank en airconditioning, en een toilet. Terras is 15 m², overdekt, met meubels en ligstoelen.
Faciliteiten: kluis, kinderstoel, babybedje, haardroger, wasmachine en internettoegang (WiFi, gratis).
Woning heeft 500 m2 (omheind) met gazon, met zwembad (), Buitendouche, barbecue en kinderspeelplaats (schommel). Parkeren (voor 2 auto's) is beschikbaar bij het huis, op het terrein.

Villa Pax ligt in Marčana, op 11 km afstand van Pula, een bekende, historische stad met inwoners, in het zuidelijke deel van het schiereiland Istrië, 30 km ten zuiden van Rovinj.
In Marčana vindt u winkelcentrum, winkels, postkantoor, restaurant, disco, nachtclub, casino, concerten, museum, overdekt aquatisch centrum, wellnesscentrum, fitnesscentrum, sauna, solarium, massages, apotheek, artsen en alle andere voorzieningen zijn gevestigd in Pula.
Kiezel-, steen- en rotsstranden, meestal met strandfaciliteiten, geschikt voor kinderen zijn overal in Zuid-Istrië, samen met de jachthaven in Pula. Duiken, zeilen, surfen, zeilschool, waterskiën, kanoën, roeien en tennisbanen bevinden zich in dorpen rond Marčana, elk tot 12 km afstand. Golfbaan met 18 holes ligt in het prachtige Kroatische nationale park Brijuni. Midgetgolf, paardrijden. vissen (vergunning vereist), beachvolleybalveld, zomerrodelbaan, wandel- en fietspaden zijn ook te vinden rond Marčana.

Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can only use on the Istra Vacation website for reservation in the future time period, and no later than 2 years. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount of money that the guest paid to confirm the reservation for which he has now been granted a refund. If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation.
