The house has a beautiful garden with many romantic corners, where you can read a book or share a bottle of island wine with your loved ones. The Caribbean hammock invites you to dream and rest. If you like to cook, there is a mobile barbecue where you can prepare delicious dinners outdoors. The private chlorine pool, measuring 9m x 4.5m and with a depth between 1.1m and 2.1m, is undoubtedly the star of this beautiful house. Next door, a terrace with four sun loungers is ideal for getting a tan and an outdoor shower to cool off quickly. The pool has a protection for children, which we can remove if requested in advance. The villa is fenced and there are neighbors around. The owners sometimes live in an annex of the house and take care of the maintenance of the pool and garden, so you don't have to worry about a thing during your vacation.
The furnished porch gives access to a comfortable living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite television, decorated with many details that give character to this room. A typical Mallorcan kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the utensils necessary to prepare a banquet. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
In three bedrooms you can rest and feel at home. There is one with a double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower and two with two singles, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. For our smallest guests we prepare up to two cribs and two high chairs. Apart from the en-suite bathroom, there is another one with a bathtub that serves the house. Two fans and two electric radiators complete the equipment.
In a few minutes by car you will reach the coves of Cala Anguila - Cala Mendia - Cala Romántica and the beach of Porto Cristo. They all have fine sand and offer services such as sunbed and umbrella rental, bars and restaurants. In Porto Cristo there are many restaurants with Mallorcan and Mediterranean cuisine, especially the fish and seafood are worth it. At the entrance to the town you will find a large supermarket. For sports lovers, just 7km away you can visit the Rafa Nadal Academy. The Cuevas del Drach and the Cuevas del Hams are close by and the underground world of stalactites and stalagmites is an adventure for the whole family. The beaches of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, S'Illot and Canyamel are accessible in less than half an hour's drive.
The pool protective fence can be removed if requested by the client.
The maintenance staff is located in the annex of the house Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
