Dit huisdiervriendelijke vakantiehuis heeft 4 slaapkamers en is geschikt voor 8 personen. Ideaal voor grote gezinnen, het heeft een privézwembad en een barbecue om een gala-tijd te hebben.
"Dezi" is onderdeel van een prachtige villa en was tussen 1200 en 1300 onderdeel van een soort ziekenhuis. Een van de eerste Europese voorbeelden van ziekenhuizen.
Daarna werd het een soort restaurant, een osteria, voor de pelgrims die over de Via Francigena kwamen en hier bleven eten. In het jaar 2000 werd het gebouw een agriturismo.
De villa is geheel gerenoveerd en ligt in het hart van de Val d'Orcia, vlakbij het stadje Pienza. Door de centrale ligging is het gemakkelijk om de omgeving te verkennen en verschillende kunststeden te bezoeken. De villa combineert een rustiek exterieur met een charmante inrichting, warme kleuren en wat antieke meubels. U kunt genieten van het Toscaanse platteland in de ruime tuin en bij het privézwembad.
De villa is verdeeld in twee appartementen. Appartement Dezi heeft een eigen tuin en privézwembad en is volledig gescheiden van het andere appartement. Uw privacy is dus gegarandeerd. De Val d'Orcia bestaat uit glooiende heuvels met oude boerderijen en gezellige dorpjes. De velden bestaan uit allerlei kleuren.
De villa is halfvrijstaand en er is een tweepersoonsslaapkamer op de begane grond met externe toegang tot de eerste verdieping waar de rest van het huis zich bevindt.

Prachtig huisje. Mooi gelegen. Kort bij Pienza montepulciano en Montalcino . Soms wel wat nieuwschierigen aan het privé zwembad... vriendelijke en service gerichte dame, eke dag aanwezig in de ochtend voor onderhoud zwembad. Rustig en rustiek !

We hebben een uitstekende tijd gehad in Villa Dezi, het huis was schoon en goed uitgerust, met voldoende ruimte voor iedereen, Het is ideaal gelegen nabij Pienza, wat het gemakkelijk maakt om het historische centrum te bezoeken en de lokale keuken te ontdekken, Over het geheel genomen een uitstekende keuze voor een gezinsverblijf.

Prachtig huisje. Mooi gelegen. Kort bij Pienza montepulciano en Montalcino . Soms wel wat nieuwschierigen aan het privé zwembad... vriendelijke en service gerichte dame, eke dag aanwezig in de ochtend voor onderhoud zwembad. Rustig en rustiek !
