The exterior of this wonderful house offers a range of possibilities to enjoy the good weather on the island: you can sunbathe on the sun loungers, enjoy the views of the marina from the wonderful porch while enjoying a delicious barbecue and, best of all, take a refreshing swim in the chlorine pool that measures 6.5 x 5 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.76 to 2.1 meters. The property is fenced and there are neighbors around.
The beautiful single-story house continues the style of the white houses of Cala d'Or on the outside, but inside it stands out for its luminosity and modern style. From the porch we access the beautiful living room, equipped with air conditioning and television with satellite channels. Next we find the fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob. To rest, the house offers three bedrooms, all three with two single beds and air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The equipment is completed with a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.
Cala d'Or is one of the most spectacular destinations to spend your holidays on the island. To the beauty of the typical buildings in the area we must add the 5 paradisiacal coves around it: Cala d'Or, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera, Cala Serena and Cala Gran. The area offers everything you may need for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. If you feel like spending a different day, you can go to the Vall d'Or golf course 9.4 km away and enjoy this wonderful sport.
9 hours of AC are included in the price. If you need the service for more hours a day you have to pay a supplement.
The upstairs is the storage area of the house and clients do not have access. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
