This bright, spacious and thoughtfully designed home features tall sliders which open up to a covered lanai, a huge sundeck and large heated swimming pool, making this home perfect for relaxing and entertaining at the same time. The 2350 sqft of living space offer upscale furnishings in the living room, family room, fully equipped kitchen, formal and informal dining areas, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, ping pong table, patio furniture for dining and relaxing by the pool, as well as a large grill. After a nice boating trip park your boat at the 10,000 lb boat lift, enjoy stunning sunsets on the patio and play a round of cornhole.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
There are two kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
