De ligging van de vakantiewoning is ideaal voor een wandeling naar het drielandenpunt, de Karnische Höhenweg en de Panoramaweg Zuidelijke Alpen liggen praktisch voor de deur. Als je wilt gaan zwemmen, bereik je het Faakmeer in ongeveer 15 minuten met de auto of het Presseggmeer in ongeveer 20 minuten.
