Outside, there is a private chlorine pool 7 meters long and 3 meters wide, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The property is fenced and there are close neighbors.
Inside, the living room is equipped with television and a selection of tourist books that will help us plan visits to the island. The kitchen-dining room, with gas stove, offers a cozy atmosphere to enjoy meals with family or friends. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for added convenience. The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with fans. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a crib available. Two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite, complete the interior comforts of the house.
Close to Cala Binibeca beach, Mahón airport and other local attractions, this house is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the beautiful island of Menorca. With its white architecture and narrow streets, Binibequer Vell looks like something out of a story. Visitors can get lost in its labyrinth of alleys and discover charming squares and picturesque corners. The nearby coast offers coves with crystal clear waters and white sand beaches, ideal for swimming and relaxing under the Mediterranean sun.
