Villa Agave is located in a small place Štikovica, only 5 km from Zaton.
A private swimming pool, as well as a private sauna, is at your disposal, which makes this property a perfect spot for a nice and relaxing vacation. Villa Agave also comes with a terrace fitted with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area. This property also comes with a business center fitted with a computer.
Private parking is provided, reservation is not required. Two parking places are available in the garage.
A baby cot is available upon request.
This five bedroom villa with swimming pool can accommodate up to twelve people. It features air-conditioning, free Wi-fi as well as LCD SAT & Internet enabled TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. All the bedrooms come with built-in closets and private ensuite bathroom. The private bathroom comes with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Bulgari cometics is at your disposal.
Zaton is a small place which is a perfect for a countryside retreat. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. Due to the properties good location everything you may need during your stay can be found in the area. The closest beach is only 100 m away from the property.
Dubrovnik airport is 25 km from the property.

Ik waardeerde het gemak van de eigen badkamers in elke kamer, het maakte ons verblijf comfortabel en privé, de airconditioning was een echte levensredder tijdens de warme dagen, en de gratis wifi hield ons verbonden,

Prachtige villa met een perfecte indeling! De vijf slaapkamers waren comfortabel en de ingebouwde kasten boden veel opbergruimte. De keuken was functioneel en we waardeerden het dat er een koffiezetapparaat aanwezig was voor ons ochtendkoffie.

Ik was dol op de moderne voorzieningen, vooral de sauna en de barbecueplek. Lokale bezienswaardigheden zoals Dubrovnik waren gemakkelijk bereikbaar.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Agave. De slaapkamers waren comfortabel en de badkamer in de suite was een groot pluspunt. De locatie is perfect voor uitstapjes naar Dubrovnik, maar we hebben ook genoten van de lokale stranden.

De villa had een heerlijke buitenruimte, perfect voor onze barbecues. We waardeerden de aandacht voor detail met de Bulgari-cosmetica in de badkamers. Het gaf ons verblijf een extra dimensie!
