In these beautiful gardens, the beautiful salt pool of 8m x 4m and 1.40m to 2m deep stands out, surrounded by about 4000 m2 of grass, ideal for sunbathing on the 10 sun loungers or having fun with the little ones in the family if they travel with you.

The interior of the two-story house will make you feel at home thanks to its combination of relaxing white and a variety of wood, its touches of color, and its peculiar decorative elements such as the Rieju motorcycle, completely restored, under the stairwell.

The ground floor has a spacious living room, open to the air-conditioned kitchen-dining room, where you can relax comfortably on the sofa watching satellite television. The kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious recipes during your vacation, including a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, orange juicer, etc. The stainless steel and glass table is extendable, so it can seat up to 10 people. On this same floor there is a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to a terrace. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One of them with two single beds and two with a double bed. They all have an en-suite bathroom with shower, wardrobe and are decorated with exceptional taste. Of course, there is a cot and a high chair at your disposal, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is fully equipped with central heating for the winter months, at a small extra cost.

Going outside, you find a terrace surrounding the entire building, a perfect place to enjoy summer dinners outdoors, taking advantage of the large barbecue built expressly for our clients. You will find an outdoor table and chairs for 8 people with a large pergola.

On the farm there are peacocks, sheep, horses and a variety of farm animals that you can visit if you wish. In addition, you can take long walks through the forest area at the back of the plot.

Maria de la Salut is a small town in the center of Mallorca. In summer, the square becomes a perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining and the weekly market held every Friday. In the town you will be able to find everything you may need during your stay: pharmacy, supermarket, sports area, restaurants, bars, etc. A 15-minute drive will take you to Caâ€™n Picafort beach, a long sandy beach perfect for water sports and having a drink at sunset at a beach bar. Other beaches such as the coves of Cala Torta and s'Arenalet des Verger, virgin and uncrowded areas, are half an hour from the house.

There is a bicycle workshop fully equipped with tools and other utensils. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.
