The exterior of the property and its garden areas are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In them you will find a chlorine pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range between 1.40 m and 1.90 m. Around it there are sun loungers, a small chillout area, a well-equipped terrace, and a porch with a barbecue and a table with chairs to spend great evenings.
The interior of the single-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with a TV with satellite channels, leads to the kitchen, which has a gas stove and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. In the house there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house has 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed and fan, while the second has a double bed. A bathroom with shower serves the home. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
The environment of this property is privileged, as it is located in a very quiet area of the town of Llucmajor, but at the same time it is just 30 minutes from the city of Palma. Llucmajor has a market on Friday mornings and is within walking distance of a water park. In Palma you can enjoy all the services and entertainment, both day and night, that you want, as well as tourist visits such as the cathedral, which is the only one in Gothic style that is on the seafront. If what you want is to enjoy the beach you have several options. Just 20 minutes away is the touristic and wide Arenal beach, where you can enjoy practicing water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis. In the Arenal area there is also the only aquarium on the island, Palma Aquarium. If you prefer a quieter beach, about 30 minutes away you have a beautiful cove called Cala Pi or Es Trenc beach, considered one of the most beautiful on the island. Het verkennen van de bezienswaardigheden van Palma was geweldig! De gemakkelijke bereikbaarheid vanaf deze locatie maakte mijn avonturen nog leuker.

Ik kon me hier makkelijk op mijn werk concentreren. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien om maaltijden te bereiden, wat ons geld bespaarde. Er is ook genoeg ruimte om mijn laptop bij de eettafel neer te zetten. Over het algemeen had ik een prima internetverbinding, waardoor ik zonder stress mijn werk kon doen. Van begin tot eind voelde het perfect aan om op afstand te werken en tegelijkertijd te ontspannen.

Onze kinderen vonden het zwembad fantastisch! En het was erg handig dat er een kinderbedje beschikbaar was.
