In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms that serve the entire house located on the ground floor, one with a shower, and a toilet.
The living-dining room is very modern, bright and cozy, it has two sofas, a small table, TV-Sat, a table equipped with chairs, and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and gas, is fully equipped to be able to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Sa Torre is an urbanization that belongs to Llucmajor. It is a very quiet area, and very well connected. In the area you will find everything you need during your stay. Just 1 km away you will find the Maioris Golf, and 8 km from S'Arenal Beach. Palma is a very beautiful and very welcoming city, where you will find all kinds of local and international businesses. For shopping lovers you will be able to enjoy different shopping centers and a large multitude of stores. There is a wide variety of entertainment both at night and during the day. During the day you can walk through the beautiful central streets of the city, visit the cathedral "La Seu" with magnificent views of the sea, stroll along the promenade, ride a galley or bike, visit different museums or art galleries, the "Castell de Bellver", etc. And at night you will find different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc. By car you can reach magnificent beaches, visit nearby towns such as Esporles or Valldemossa, among others. On the outskirts of the city there are different water parks such as Aqualand, Westernpark, and you cannot miss a visit to Palma Aquarium.
