The private chlorine pool has dimensions of 6 m x 3 m and a depth that varies from 1.2 m to 1.7 m. On one of the six sun loungers you can spend a relaxing afternoon sunbathing and take a refreshing shower at any time thanks to the outdoor shower. Next to the pool there is a furnished terrace protected by a straw awning and white curtains, a lovely place for a barbecue with friends. On the first floor you will have access to another large terrace with hammocks and views of the urbanization. This beautiful property is independent and fully fenced, it is located in a quiet urbanization, very close to the beach and with direct neighbors. Please note that the basement of the house is closed.

The modern, air-conditioned living-dining room invites you to watch satellite TV, listen to music or dine together with the whole family. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with a single bed, are on the ground floor. On the first floor there is only one bedroom that has a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower on the ground floor complete the equipment. All bedrooms offer air conditioning as well as wardrobes and we can prepare a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. All rooms are lovingly decorated and have a romantic feel.

In approximately ten minutes walking you will reach Cala SantanyÃ Beach, a beach of fine sand with crystal clear waters. In front of the coast is the Es Pontés rock in the middle of the sea and where spectacular climbs are often made. The entire eastern coast has many dream beaches, for example Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards, Cala S'Almonia and Caló des Moro. In Cala Egos you can take a bath in the natural rock pool. The Mondragó natural park is close by and there you can not only take an excursion through the Mediterranean forest but also sunbathe on one of the two sandy beaches.

In the town of Santanyí you can do shopping, go to dinner or stroll through the alleys. The local market takes place on Wednesday and Saturday, where they offer fresh fruit and vegetables, souvenirs, clothing and crafts. In Las Salinas you can see the spectacular mountains of sea salt drying under the Mediterranean sun and buy good quality salts in the shops. At the beginning of the town is the Botani Cactus, a botanical garden specialized in succulent plants and cacti. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

De villa was prachtig en schoon, ik was erg tevreden. De eigenaar liet ons vers fruit en andere leuke kleine attenties achter. Ik zou zeker nog een keer terugkomen.
