This beautiful apartment located on the ground floor of a block of four apartments, has a garden for communal use, with up to 12 sun loungers, and direct access to the beach. It also has a beautiful private furnished porch ideal for lunch or dinner by the sea and having a glass of wine at sunset, an absolutely unbeatable plan since the sunsets here are spectacular!

Inside we find a comfortable living room with satellite television and air conditioning. The kitchen, with a gas hob, is fully equipped with everything you need to cook while on vacation. If you want to eat inside, you can relocate the table from the porch. They have three bedrooms, two of them with a wardrobe. One offers a double bed, another two single beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and the third a 90x1.80m bunk bed, so we recommend that it be occupied with children. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair can be provided. A second bathroom with shower serves the rest of the house. They have two washing machines, iron and ironing board for shared use.

Puerto de Alcúdia is an ideal holiday destination for an unforgettable beach holiday. It has a long beach of fine sand where you can enjoy water sports or simply sunbathe in good company. If you feel like visiting other beaches or coves, such as Mal Pas or Manresa, you will discover that they are coves with turquoise waters where you can spend an amazing day. Nearby is Alcúdia, a beautiful town where you will find Roman remains and the mythical medieval wall and where you can enjoy a wide gastronomic offer, without forgetting the exceptional market that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays.
