The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a block of four apartments. It has a garden for community use with up to 12 sun loungers and privileged direct access to the beach. The furnished porch is the ideal place to enjoy delicious meals or dinners outdoors or simply sit and enjoy the sea breeze. It is your private corner with amazing views of the crystal clear waters.
Upon entering, a bright and comfortable living room welcomes you and invites you to watch a movie on satellite television or read something in peace while cooling off with the air conditioning. The kitchen is gas and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your best dishes or prepare a good coffee. If you want to eat inside, you can relocate the table from the porch. They have three bedrooms, two of them with a wardrobe. One offers a double bed, another two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the third a 90x1.80m bunk bed, so we recommend that the little ones in the family occupy it. They have a second bathroom with a shower that serves the rest of the accommodation. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair. The laundry room is communal and has two washing machines, iron and ironing board.
In Puerto de Alcúdia, a very lively coastal area, you will find everything you are looking for and want to spend an unforgettable holiday. The incredible beach with fine sand and crystal clear waters will probably be your place of reference, but there are other nearby coves with turquoise waters like Mal Pas that you will love. There is an extensive gastronomic, leisure and nightlife offer so you will not be bored for a single second. In the town of Alcúdia you can enjoy a part of the island's history, contemplating the medieval wall and walking through its narrow streets, especially on Tuesdays and Sundays, which are market days. If you like golf, the Alcanada course is only 9 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
