Spend an unforgettable beach vacation in this beautiful house located in a spectacular environment. Outside you can enjoy the sea breeze in the wonderful relaxation area of the terrace, having a cocktail at sunset. You can also enjoy the Mediterranean climate in the garden area where the little ones can play outdoors. The house is located in a quiet and residential area with neighbors around.
The 90 m2 house is distributed on a single floor and has a Mediterranean style, bright and refreshing, ideal for disconnecting for a few days. The living room has two comfortable sofas from where you can watch television (national channels). The dining area seats 6 and has sea views. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and the basic elements for cooking on vacation. A bathroom with shower serves the house. Then the bedrooms. The first has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. It should be noted that this bedroom does not have a window, but next to it is the en-suite bathroom that does have a window with beautiful views of the garden and the sea, so that natural light enters the room. The second bedroom has another double bed, sea views, as well as a built-in wardrobe and the last one has a trundle bed and a chest of drawers and the window faces the outside looking at the side of the plot. All bedrooms have a fan to cool down. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. Finally, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located in the town of Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet town with basic services, ideal for a family holiday. The beach is made of sand and rocks, very low and shallow, mainly visited by local families and tourists. You can visit Can Picafort where you will find a wide range of leisure activities, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A little further on, Alcudia and its wall and fantastic coves like Mal Pas and Alcanada.
You cannot use the fireplace.
