An unforgettable vacation in an idyllic country setting close to the beach is what you will spend in this incredible house. Contain the summer heat in this beautiful salt pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth of 0.8 to 2 meters. You can also sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or protect yourself under the umbrella. The house has several outdoor corners where you can disconnect and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Maybe you would also like a cycling tour? There are several bikes available in the house. Under the porch you can have an aperitif before eating, or dine outdoors enjoying the surroundings and the wonderful views. There is also a ping-pong table. The property is fenced and there are not many neighbors in the surrounding area so privacy is total.
The 250 m2 house is distributed over two floors. Upon entering, the modern and comfortable style will make you feel at home. On the ground floor you can rest in the modern and bright living room in one of its armchairs or sofas while you watch satellite TV or cool off with the air conditioning. Next to it is a small dining area where you can continue enjoying the views. The beautiful kitchen-dining room is induction, fully equipped, ideal for cooking in company as it has an office area for 6 people and also with access to the outdoor dining room on the terrace. Also on the ground floor you will find the first of the bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, as well as an en-suite bathroom. On this floor we also have a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs we find the other two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, closets and air conditioning. One of them has a double bed and the other two single beds. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as 4 bicycles that can be used at no additional cost.
The house is located very close to the beach, just 10 km from Son Serra de Marina, a quiet beach of sand and rocks ideal for families. You will find basic services in the town of Santa Margalida, just 2 km away. You can also visit Alcudia and its port, and enjoy restaurants, bars, shops and water sports. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
