The exteriors of the house are wonderful, the garden corners give color to the house. The chlorine pool is private and measures 4 x 6 m with a minimum and maximum depth of 1.6 m. The 25 m2 terrace is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and also has a chillout area with rattan furniture. Under the fully equipped porch, you can spend great evenings either cooking a barbecue or simply chatting.
The 120 m2 house distributed over 1 floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 equipped with two single beds, and the other 2 have a double bed each. There is availability for a crib. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, and one of them is located in a separate room of the house, next to the pool.
The living room-kitchen-dining room is spectacular, relax on one of the sofas to enjoy a good read, listen to music, watch Sat-TV, or simply rest. The dining area, in the same space, has a large rustic table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The kitchen, open and gas, has everything you need so you can cook without problems. The house has board games and games for children that you can enjoy during your stay. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The Santa Margalida area is in the center of the island, therefore it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and mostly inhabited by people from the island, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Even so, you will find everything you need in Santa Margalida; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants.
In just 15 minutes driving you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. Spend a good day on the fine sand beach or enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. In the area, there are good restaurants where you can eat paella, with the most impressive views of the sea. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is a very lively area that contrasts with the very quiet Playa de Muro area. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
