Enjoy one of the quietest areas of Puerto de Alcúdia in this beautiful villa. Outside we find the private chlorine pool, it has dimensions of 6x3m and a constant depth of 1.50m and next to the furnished terrace and the garden area, it is ideal to enjoy with your companions. The house has traditional details such as the beautiful well on the terrace. You can also sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or have a drink at sunset in one of the corners outside the house. The house is located within a fenced 800 m2 plot, has direct neighbors and privacy is partial.
The 200 m2 house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, a charming and bright living room welcomes us, where you can rest or watch TV while you cool off with the air conditioning. Through an arch we access the dining area, traditional in style and with capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and induction and in it you will find the essentials for cooking. On this floor you will find a shower room with sink and toilet and another room with shower and sink. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One with two single beds and the other two with a double bed. Two bedrooms have a fan and another with A/C. A second bathroom with shower serves this floor. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are at your disposal. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Puerto de Alcúdia is one of the best holiday destinations in Mallorca since the offer is complete: leisure, restaurants, water sports, tradition and culture,... The house is quite close to the port, about 200 meters away, but it also has the beach very close, just a few minutes walk away. With pebbles and transparent waters, it is a quiet, familiar and picturesque beach. In the port you will find all the services. You can visit the town of Alcúdia especially on Tuesdays and Sundays when it celebrates its market. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

De ligging is geweldig, heel dicht bij het water, badkamers, keuken en bedden waren schoon, badkamers en keuken zijn vrij modern, sleuteloverdracht via het sleutelkastje zonder enige problemen,
